Local Notes and Fair Week Happenings in Pella Area
Mrs A P Van Howeling returns from visits to Reasoner Newton and nearby friends while townsfolk hear hogs pay taxes and investments. A Lake Prairie Fair visit may be worth a week’s work, and new shoe lines at Stegeman attract buyers. Des Moines and Orange City trips, millinery displays at Mrs De Reus, and various local visits fill this week’s village chronicle.
