Jacobusse leads rushing as Central offense shows progress with Carlson completing two passes. One pass to end Ben Douglas drew a defensive pass interference call, while a later accurate throw to end Keith Buchanan gained 11 yards in the first half.

Larry Kingery Otley earns diplomas in salesmanship accounting and business management and works as credit manager at Sherwin Williams in Marshalltown. Melvin Bokhoven New Sharon will take sales management diploma and is a Vermeer sales trainee in Pella. Marvin Veenstra New Sharon specializes in salesmanship and business management and is son of Lambert Veenstra.
