School Bus Driver Narrowly Survives Mule Team Tragedy
Tracy, Sept 8. J J Jones, a school bus driver, and five of his children were in a wagon when the mule team drowned at a stone crossing over Cedar Creek near the George McCombs place. The crossing floods. Jones misjudged depth, the wagon and team were swept downstream a quarter mile. all lanes saved.
