Prisoner of Loubeque Escapes in Elevator Cage
Lucille, imprisoned by spy Loubeque, uses a torn newspaper strip and her own blood to signal to Captain Gibson aboard the ship. A mechanical cage lifts her to safety as Loubeque’s plot thickens. the escape ends with Lucille back in the villain’s grasp and a warning of further torment.
