Paul Ter Louw manages 600 acres southwest of Pella on Des Moines river bluffs plus 800 on the home farm and 120 west of town. He rents 180 acres back from the corps used in Red Rock Reservoir plans. His dairy herd, hogs, chickens, and crops feed a mixed enterprise with wife Dorothy helping. four children complete the family.

Kenneth Westercamp of Oskaloosa is among 30 Iowa 4-H delegates heading to the 44th National 4-H Club Congress in Chicago from November 28 to December 2. Selected for leadership in 4-H club work and community roles, the trips are funded by Iowa and outside donors. Each Iowa winner may attend Club Congress only once in the leadership category.
