United Advance Movement of the Reformed Church in America
New York September 24 1946 the United Advance Movement of the Reformed Church in America voted at its annual meeting last May to begin October 1. The campaign undergirds a 2.5 million dollar fund for relief reconstruction education and church building in home and foreign missions areas with roughly half for higher Christian education and half for world missions. A nine region campaign will be directed by Marion De Velder with deputies Prins and Brink. The move extends through June 1948 and includes missions inspections in China and a deputation from India touring U S churches and colleges.
