Adolphus Waechter files in Marion County District Court a petition asserting ownership of land in sections 32 and 33 town 74 range 18 West. He alleges judgments against Herman Rietveld by J Seymour J W Edgerly Liquid Carbonic Company and Samuel Smith and Company cloud the title and asks the court to quiet title. defendants must appear before noon December term 1900 to defend.
