Utility production and consumption totals given. Bills approved totaling various city departments. Authorized warrants for chimney balance and garbage box payment. Nick Vander Ploeg named to Planning and Zoning for five years and street use approved for Tractor Rodeo. Quit claim deed approved and adopted. meeting adjourned.
The council met in special session to consider a contract for Pune and Specie Propons and rent as of the contract for improvements to the Municipal Electric Plant and System. No objections were presented. Bids for the electric plant improvements were opened and referred to the Engineer for tabulation and recommendation before adjournment.
