Local notes hint at farm sales and social events
An array of notices from Gesman & Warren promote farm lands for sale at eight to ten dollars per acre with small cash down and five yearly payments. Other items mention a baby born to Mr and Mrs Will Waecher in Knoxville, a Philo Nigger Minstrel show, theater announcements, lectures by Edwin A Nye on May 31, and various visits and excursions around Pella and Prairie City with community notices and local ads.
