Three cars collide on a rain slick highway 68 near Verrios gas station Sunday evening about 6:00. Minor injuries reported to Mr. and Mrs. Tom Oriot of Des Moines, Mrs. Albert Groenendyke and Mrs. Mattie Vander Linden of Pella. Brant Van Maanen of Oskaloosa stopped to turn left, triggering a chain crash as a third vehicle struck the Oriot car and then another from behind. Passengers in the middle car suffered knee and leg bruises, with Mrs. Groenendyke also injured on her face. The other drivers from Oskaloosa were unhurt.
