Marion County Board Proceedings April 3 1916
Marion county board met in regular April session with all members present. Minutes of March 6 read and approved. Petitions and bids discussed for tax redemption, bridge painting labor, lumber for repairs, and right of way appraisals. Several tax refunds and school loan approvals noted, plus extensive payrolls and supplies for poor and county facilities. A number of road grade and drainage actions were proposed, with two resolutions on permanent grading for Knox ville Pella and related sections, one adopted and one rejected, then adjournment to April 17.
