Marion County Eyes 1.5 Million Bond Plan for Roads
W O Price district engineer says Marion county could authorize 1 500 000 in bonds to surface roads. J H Johnson named president of the Marion County Good Roads Association with H J Hoogenakker as secretary. Plans follow state highway commission paving of No 63 No 6 No 2 and graveling No 14 south and spur into Bussey. If bonds pass quickly paving could begin on Primary No 63 through the county and No 6 to Attica this summer and fall.
