Local notes from Pella and surrounding towns
A May 1 birth is recorded for Mr. and Mrs. John N. Vander Linden. Des Moines and Oskaloosa visitors drop by, with many shops and eateries mentioned. Dentists, a Shiloh wreath, and a Des Moines trip figure in community life, alongside births, civic notices, and local sport results in a bustling regional update.
