Death notices record the passing of Mrs. J Blommers of Pella age 86 and Mrs. Winnie Salina Breen of Otley age 80. Mrs Blommers leaves husband John Blommers son Paul and two grandsons with several siblings and civic club ties. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery. Mrs Breen, wife of John Breen, leaves children Beulah Franken Leslie and Ira with many descendants and siblings. Funeral details noted.

The Pella Community School District will hold kindergarten registration on April 8 1965 at 7 30 PM in the Jr High Auditorium Pella Iowa for children turning five before September 1 1965. Pella area cub scouts will distribute Goodwill bags for Goodwill Industries in Des Moines on Monday and Tuesday next week. Bags will be picked up by the Boy Scout troop on Saturday April 3. Donors should place filled bags on the curb by 9:00 a.m. if possible.
