Quieting title suit over Marion County Iowa properties
In the Marion County District Court a group of plaintiffs led by Jacob De Haan et al seek to quiet title to extensive described lands in Marion County Iowa. The petition states they hold fee simple title by color of title and adverse possession for over ten years, while unknown defendants may claim rights. failure to appear by May 4 1920 will yield default per petition filed. Attorneys De Reus Van Zante and Geo G Gaass represent the plaintiffs.

Harm Daniels of Woden Iowa suffered severe head pains until Dr. Weber treated his nose and eyes and he recovered. William Burrman cashier of N W Savings Bank Davenport also had eye and head pains and was cured after two other doctors failed. He credits Dr A H Weber for relief.
