County Committee Explains 1963 Feed Grain Supports
Merrill L. Robuck explains to farmers that participants in the 1963 feed grain program remain eligible for price supports on oats and rye in 1983 without cutting oats and rye acreage. The program requires a at least 20 percent diversion of corn, grain sorghum, and barley into conserving uses, with diversion payments and price support options.
