Des Moines June 27 1923 reports under J W Jarnag that in Adams county a federation of United Presbyterian and Wesley Methodist churches built a community federated church on their old sites. The dedication sermon was by Rev W C Miles. The movement rehabilitates abandoned country churches, uniting denominations for service in the community.
