Be Careful How You Ride Your Bicycle
Sidewalk riding in Pells is tolerated as a safety measure but is abused by older boys who speed past pedestrians. Several accidents were narrowly avoided since the school closed and bikes are widely used. Remember, riding on the walk is allowed only for ladies and gentlemen and must be considerate of walkers. The pedestrian is king on the sidewalk.
