A Democratic State Convention is convened in Des Moines Iowa on August 7 1906 to nominate candidates for state offices and conduct related business. Representation is based on two delegates per county plus one for each 200 votes or fraction over 200 for Parker in 1904 Marion County is allocated 13 delegates.
