Council Proceedings February 19 1946 minutes and actions
The council met in regular session with Mayor Frush presiding. After reading February 5 minutes, discussion covered street resurfacing by reinforced concrete needing a civil engineer, paving petition in Block 48, and various bills. Reports showed finances, electric operations, and staff changes, with bids for garbage disposal and an engineering contract reviewed. A June 30 19410 contract adjustment and equipment plans were discussed. adjournment followed.
