Paragould Visitors Attend Local Wedding and Events
Mr and Mrs Chalmer Van Rheenen and children Laurel and Sheldon of Paragould Arkansas spent about five days visiting in the Gerard Gosselink home and attended the wedding of their niece Sheryl Van Rheenen to Marvin Wielard. Rev and Mrs Harold Hiemstra of New York are guests in the homes of their hosts Leonard Jemstra and Ralph G Kuiper. The Pella Christian Grade School board and wives enjoyed a hamburger fry at the Vermeer cabin. Rev and Mrs Floyd Nagel of Annville Kentucky are visiting in the home of their daughter and husband Ralph Jaarsman. Mr and Mrs Roger Turner and children of St Petersburg Florida are spending the week with E L Shaw. Mrs Turner is the former Patty Shaw. Mr and Mrs Dick Vis of Sioux Falls South Dakota visited Connie Smorenberg. The Van Mahen Vander Hart and Van Wyk families from Pella went to Marshalltown for the Iowa Association for the Deaf Picknick at Riverview Park, with the Des Moines Lutheran Church for the deaf in charge.
