Secretary Outlines Current Wheat Program Situation
Secretary Orville Freeman explains the May 21 1963 vote against national marketing quotas for the 1964 wheat crop opens production with no price support. The 1964 program offers 50 percent parity price supports with voluntary acreage allotments and CCC loans about 1.25 a bushel.
