Rev and Mrs Peter J Muyskens of Beaverdam Michigan arrived Friday for two week visit. Mr Cornelius Sedrel, 77, died suddenly Friday. funeral Monday at Reformed church officiated by I J Hesselink, Peter Grooters, and D Flietstra. He leaves widow Mrs Cornelius Sedrel, sons Harmon of Oskaloosa and Sam of Pella, daughter Mrs Gertrude Aalbers of Otley, six grandchildren. Our deepest sympathy. Mark Hesselink was a dinner.

Ambulance Wreck After Colt Collision Near Knoxville
The Bybee and Davis ambulance was badly wrecked eight miles east of Knoxville on Primary 2 near the Unedringer farm. Ralph Jacob, an employee, drove Mrs. Ed Crozier to the hospital in Oskaloosa for appendicitis. A yearling colt darted onto the road, struck the ambulance, causing loss of control and a crash.

Ditching Crash Leaves Woman Hospitalized in Oskaloosa
Mrs. Crozier escaped injury after a vehicle plunged into a ditch but remained badly damaged. An ambulance later took her to a hospital in Oskaloosa while the colt died in the crash.
