The City of Pella Iowa proposes sewer improvements with assessments on abutting properties along Hazel Street and other streets plus Outlet A of Highland Heights. Costs not covered by special assessments or cash will come from sewer construction bonds funded by ad valorem taxes. A hearing is set for 7:30 p.m. June 25 1967 in City Hall. The Holland Ladies Aid plans a sale at 1:30 p.m. Friday June 7 in the church basement.
