Semester Tests Not As Dreaded As Believed

Pella High School guidance counselors and teachers explain semester tests count only one fifth of a semester grade. A student with a C average could still earn a C minus if all tests are failed. Study twenty to thirty minutes daily with skimming and review of material, using old tests and notes. cramming helps only if facts are readily remembered. Mental and physical condition affect results little. an off day is often blamed, but signs indicate effort and understanding matter more than cramming.
