Vaccination rights to be reviewed by Iowa Supreme Court
Iowa health officials will face the Iowa Supreme Court in the September term on an appeal from Worth county district court. The case grows from Northwood mandamus over allowing an unvaccinated child to re enter school after a smallpox scare. Judge Kepler upheld the health authorities.
