City Council Proceedings in December 1965 and January 1966
City Council met in special session to hear objections on a budget amendment with no objections filed and adopted the amendment. In a later special session council, new members were sworn, appointments made for City Clerk and Deputy, bonds approved, and various engineer and financial items placed on file or approved. Regular session approved minutes, park and recreation matters, staff reports, and numerous interdepartmental transfers and contracts, with appointments and term expirations noted.
