Pella City Council approves paving tax and poll levy 1922
The Pella Iowa city council met January 17 1922 with Mayor Vanden Berg presiding. A resolution levied special assessments for paving and curbing, corrected and amended, against properties per plat. An ordinance on poll tax was introduced and passed. A poll tax of four dollars for 1922 was adopted. City Clerk A C Kuyper announced adjournment.
