Pella Dominates Valley In 51 48 Confusion Cage Win
Pella Little Dutch defeated Valley of Des Moines 51 to 48 to reclaim the top spot in the conference, avenging an earlier 30 point loss. Harvey Vander Weide and Ken Nollen led Pella with 17 and 15 points, out rebounding 44-32, while Valley’s Jim O'Dea topped with 15. Valley’s B team fell 59 56 as Pella’s late lapse allowed a rally.
