Lille Case Dismissed After Assault Trial In Otley
Justice John Rhynsburger presided over an assault and battery action by Conrad Lille of Otley against his brother in law Vern Frazier and three sisters in law. Lille, separated from his wife, allegedly tried to take custody of a child in the Fraziers care and was resisted. The court ruled the evidence insufficient to hold the defendants and dismissed the case.

School Opens As Students Return For New Term
