In the City Basket ball League top teams Public Safety and Pella Construction Co both hold 8-1 records with one game left. They meet Thursday to decide the league champion. Van's Supermarket opened the night with a 56-43 win over Rosscreen as four players reached double figures. Pella Const Co topped Sully 52-36 behind Ken Rouw Doug Wilson and Paul Dingeman.

Members of the Adult Home making class held their final meeting with twenty women present. They discussed choosing fabrics for the home, evaluating upholstery samples for beauty, economy and individuality. Natural fabrics praised, synthetics recommended for specific uses.
