Mrs Tunis Blum details Sully growth after annexing about three acres north of town, bringing in 40 new residents for a total increase of about 70 since the last census. New homes rise in Moes addition, a nearly finished Community building houses a council room, auditorium, and kitchen. Lions Club adds a flagpole, and Dr J E Knudsen D O joins the town. A remodeled ambulance, dairy plant expansions, a bulk fertilizer plant, and upgraded utilities enhance local services. A well is being drilled by Warner in rural area.

SUI dorm rates stay unchanged for 1964-65

Rehder, director of self supporting housing, credits economies in operation for keeping rates steady without reducing services.
