Lynnville Sully Christmas Concert Set for Thursday
L-S Elementary plans a 7 p.m. Thursday concert in the high school gym led by the mass chorus with Lewis Earp performing Caribbean Christmas. Soloists include Ruth Rozendaal Tina Lassiter Patty Reeve Linda Beyer Shelly Jansen with Rita Maasdam. Younger classes sing sweet manger carols and a piano duet closes the program.

Pella Christian topped New Monroe 89 50 behind a team effort and 77 percent free throw shooting led by Carroll Hoksbergen with 25 points and Jerry Vande Pol with 22. The same night Lynnville Sully defeated Pella Christian 64 54 as Lynnville shot 52 percent to Pella Christian 36 percent.
