FHA Protection Not Reduced by Building Gains
Expansion of the home building market has coincided with FHA protection for borrowers and lenders in mortgage financing. In active markets competition benefits borrowers but can yield inflated appraisals if lenders forego due diligence. FHA insures only loans meeting borrower and lender criteria, preserving stability amid rising construction activity.
