Beresford reports good range feed so cattle will be in ready condition when they enter Iowa feedlots. Calf numbers may be up slightly with similar yearling feeders, while 2 to 3 year olds are down and fetch higher prices. Prices remain above last year but gains will rely on flesh rather than price spikes amid uncertain corn and price ceilings.
