Quieting Title The Gerrit Klyn suit in Marion County Iowa

Gerrit Klyn files an equity petition against Stephen A. Smith Susanna Smith and numerous heirs and claimants seeking to quiet title to multiple parcels in sections 5 and 32 townships 76 77 ranges 19 in Marion County Iowa. The request aims to correct and affirm ownership and remove clouds including void past deeds lost or misdescribed and to compel margin entries for foreclosures and satisfactions of mortgage titles. The case names many defendants and unknown heirs and claims a long chain of transfers dating back to 1855. A decree and relief as to all described lands and associated mortgages is sought. defendants are notified to appear by October Term 1906 in Knoxville Iowa.
