Was Luther right or wrong on Sunday swimming
In a letter to The Pella Chronicle Rev Edward G Ward defends individual Bible interpretation and rebuts Pontier on Sunday swimming. He argues church focus on moral issues, questions authority to judge scripture, and urges a balanced stance amid nuclear threats and local debate. He cites Luther, Jesus, and Sydney Harris while urging a thoughtful, communal approach.
