A biscuit meat loaf uses ground meat, eggs, beans and tomatoes baked in a biscuit, with step by step dough prep and shaping. Leftover beef or pork can form casseroles with vegetables and sauces. A meat and vegetable soup uses shank or knuckle bones, slow simmered with onion bay leaf peppercorns celery tops and carrots, then enriched with stock and vegetables.
