Frank Baird Case to Come Up for Rehearing
The Frank Baird case, involving an 18 year sentence for complicity in the Hamilton robbery, will be reheard at the May term of the supreme court in Des Moines. Baird helped convict “Bill” Richards, and the appeal timing followed Richards’ ruling.
