Miner Made Insane By Accidental Injury
Alex Benson Pershing miner was temporarily deranged after a mine accident. He struck stationary cars on the track after forgetting them during entry to the mine. Though seriously damaged, he seemed only slightly hurt and was later sent to a private Davenport sanitarium for rest and recovery.
