April skies bring spring scenes to Pella Chronicle
The April 14 1964 society page recalls spring signs from jonquils hyacinths and warm sun to temperamental showers. It covers the Christian High School Senior Class Play Father Knows Best at Pella Christian High, National Library Week displays at Pella Public Library, and a spring concert by the Pella Community High School Band plus a new Stage Band. The piece ends with light verse and historical trivia from April.
