Pella proposes street improvements with hearings set
A proposed Resolution of Necessity outlines street enhancements on Lincoln Street with assessments on nearby properties within 300 feet and alleys within 150 feet. Costs not covered by special assessments will be funded by street bonds and ad valorem taxes. A hearing is scheduled May 10, 1965, at 7:30 PM in City Hall.
