The bride and groom held a four tier cake cutting with Mrs Wilbur R Veenstra cutting the first slice. A two course luncheon followed and Miss Patsy Van Zee along with Miss Gertrude Olivier waited at the bride table. Guests included Mrs Ed Goemaat Miss Janet Westra Jo Ann Stra and others. The bride wore a pink corsage and charcoal suit for going away. The couple, now residing at R R 1 Newton Iowa, honeymooned in Missouri. Presiding at the guest book was Miss Jo Ann Van Soelen.
