In east Pecos early Thursday evening Manuel Catano, 64, shot two women near Fifth and Mulberry, then drove four blocks and killed himself with a shotgun blast. Ramona Garcia, 51, was wounded and taken to Memorial hospital, later Odessa Medical Center, in satisfactory condition. Angelina Martinez’s details were not given. Police found Catano at First and Mulberry, slumped in his car, after two victims were reported.
