Barstow Volunteer Firemen presented the Pecos Fire Department a plaque in appreciation for help organizing and training the new Barstow unit. Barstow Chief Elias Franco presented to Pecos Chief J T Precht. Barstow won the best all around team trophy at the Permian Basin Firemen’s Association event. A 15 inch color TV is being given away with tickets from Barstow or Pecos members.
