Born November 7 1934 in Ennis Texas he was Town of Pecos City Municipal Court Judge and longtime Pecos resident. Survived by wife Penny two sons Bob and Russell three daughters Shelley Becky Rachel one brother David 22 grandchildren eight great grandchildren. Pecos Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
