Sealed bids are invited by City Secretary Earl Easterbrook of Pecos Texas for grading draining curbing guttering paving and related street improvements. Bids due May 24 1928 at 1 00 PM for quantities including pavement grading curb and gutter and various excavations and removals.

Specifications may be viewed at the City Secretary’s Pecos office or engineering offices in Wichita Amarillo and require a $6500 bid bond payable to Earl Easterbrook. Notice is given that on May 26 1928 after 20 days notice a public sale will be held at Pete s Service Station Pecos Reeves County Texas to auction a Kissel Truck engine number 5718001 license 37 459 and a Kissel truck body for cash to settle storage charges of 120 plus 35 for repairs totaling 155. The owner M E Neiderkorn and other claimants are unknown and have not reclaimed the property. Proceeds apply to lawful claims.
