FBI to probe jailing of Texas radio newsman

Longview Texas AP Federal agents will investigate the jailing of KLUE newsman Wayne Harrison who refused to reveal sources. Harrison was held three hours in Gregg County Jail after defying a gag order during a murder case hearing for Charles Sweeten. The FBI will review potential civil rights violations.
