A wind driven fire swept a three block section of frame houses in Cleveland’s southeast side before dawn. It destroyed 29 homes and left about 60 people homeless per Red Cross estimates. Three people were injured including two firefighters. one elderly man and others were escorted to safety as power lines went out.
