Balmorhea ISD To Offer Free Summer Meals And Programs
Balmorhea ISD will sponsor the Summer Food Service Program with meals at the school cafeteria from June 10 to July 5. Meals for children 18 and under are free, with adult plates at 4.00 dollars. Reeves County Library will host Children's Summer Story Hour on Tuesdays June 11 18 and 25 from 930 to 1100 and runs Summer Reading through June 21. For details call 445 5340.

Virginia Lee Campbell Owens died at Reeves County Hospital in Pecos on Sunday June 9, 2013 at age 81. She was born August 4, 1931 in Lake Arthur New Mexico to Fletcher B Campbell and Lucille Campbell. She married Lynn Owens on July 25 1959 in Artesia New Mexico. She was preceded in death by both parents.
